Destroying Angel

In a state of desperation,
it’s not hard to insane
I’ll look for the destroying angel,
I’ll gather it in the woods

The destroying angel
is whiter than snow
I’ll eat it until my need
for tenderness passes

I won’t wake up in this world,
but only in the next
I’ll gather the destroying angel
in the summer
